Welcome to GIMUN 2006
A big THANK YOU goes out to all who helped make this 7th edition of GIMUN a success! 192 participants from 37 countries - a new record for us. The UN apparently learned from us, the Human Rights Council we simulated before it existed has been established. Surely this was only thanks to GIMUN ;-)
It was great, once again, and it seems 2007 is already waiting...see you next year. GIMUN 2007 is in preparation - it will take place as usual in the beginning of March 2007, the exact dates will be posted here. So, wherever you spend your summer holiday, make sure to check back from time to time to www.gimun.org and learn what next years edition will be about, to be certain to get the spot you want!

Many participants have asked us how they could get a GIMUNmovie. Here's how: if you put your name on the list during GIMUN and paid the CHF 5.- you will get the DVD by snail mail in your letter box. However, as we are making a good thing, we need time. That means you'll get the DVD in July 2006. For any questions concerning the DVD write to the Media & Public Relations department.
