2009 MUN Conference

GIMUN organises an annual Model United Nations conference (MUN) where different United Nations committees are simulated.

The conference will take place at the end of March 2009, however the exact date of the conference is yet to be determined.

The annual MUN Conference is the GIMUN Association's main event, bringing together 200 students from around 60 countries to discuss topics of international interest. During the one week of debates, participants take the role of state representatives and are obliged to defend their state's interests.

We also had the opportunity to invite speakers of a high calibre who shared their expertise and experience on the different topics addressed. The participants were greatly appreciative and highly moved.  read more …
