Activities

GIMUN-NGO is additionally to the annual conference going to become more active during the year.

These additional activities can be divided into three categories:

GIMUN-Events
From the GIMUN itself organized workshops, round tables, discussions, visits to the UN, social events etc.

Visits to UN-Facilities
Councils (ex HRC, ECOSOC) the GIMUN visited or initiatives (ex Global Compact) where the GIMUN was active.

Visits to other MUNs
Participation in and visits to other MUNs in order to learn from each other and establish mutual beneficial relationships.

JUNES (Jungend UNO-Netzwerk Schweiz, Youth UN-Network Switzerland)
Active participation in the construction of a national network which promotes cooperation between Swiss organisations dealing with the UN and run by young people.
