The Excom 08 is determined to increase cooperation with other MUNs in the world. This cooperation can best be established through visits of such other MUNs, because there the GIMUNers can build up a personal relationship with their counterparts in the organizational structure and observe the other MUN “in action”. Through these observations we can filter out the best aspects of the other MUN and discuss possible applications to the GIMUN – thus improving the quality of the GIMUN-Conference even more.
Additionally, such visits serve as a useful platform to discuss future cooperation between the MUNs. This cooperation can take the form of chair-pools, delegate-pools, mutual promotion etc. You can read these cooperation-agreements under the link Partner-MUNs.
