Delegation

Amelie Vinall

Amelie started her bachelor's degree in international relations Unige in 2023. Her love for debating and interest in current affairs led her straight to Gimun: First Delegation, then the PR department.

The Delegation sessions were the perfect opportunity to learn how to think on her toes and forming convincing arguments. Furthermore, it was the perfect place to meet new friends, and get to know the practical side of her field of studies.

As Head of Delegation, she wishes to foster a safe, passionate, and fun environment, providing everyone interested with the opportunity to discover and extend their skills and love for debate and negotiation.

Gabriel Lukas Hug

Maxime Beckrich is a French-American political science student at the University of Geneva. Brought up near Strasbourg, he moved to Geneva in 2024 after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in eco-management in Basel, hoping to take advantage of the city’s international outlook.

A member of HR since September 2024 and of delegation since February 2025, he aims to ensure his department remains a reliable reference for problem-solving and facilitating communication, while strengthening ties between various departments of GIMUN through the association’s monthly newsletter, a project he and his co-head Gabriel hold close to heart.

Gabriel Hug is a student of International Relations at the University of Geneva, with a focus on politics. Originally from the canton of Aargau, he moved to Geneva in 2024 to study in a global and internationally oriented environment.

He joined GIMUN’s HR department the same year, drawn by the opportunity to connect with likeminded peers interested in diplomacy and multilateralism.

Now, as Co-Head of HR, he works to ensure a smooth and transparent application process. He also helps maintain a positive internal environment by coordinating the monthly Newsletter and serving as a contact point for internal concerns.
